Quentin Jerome Tarantino (born in March 27, 1963) is an American film director, writer, producer, and actor. 
His films are characterized by stylized violence, extended dialogue with a pervasive use of profanity, and references to popular culture.Tarantino began his career as an independent filmmaker with the release of the crime film Reservois Dogs in 1992. His second film, Pulp Fiction(1994), a dark comedy crime thriller, was a major success with critics and audiences winning numerous awards, including the Palme D’Or and the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay.

Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent Vega (John Travolta) are two hit men who are out to retrieve a suitcase stolen from their employer, mob boss Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames). Wallace has also asked Vincent to take his wife Mia (Uma Thurman) out a few days later when Wallace himself will be out of town. Butch Coolidge (Bruce Willis) is an aging boxer who is paid by Wallace to lose his fight. The lives of these seemingly unrelated people are woven together comprising of a series of funny, bizarre and uncalled-for incidents.
